Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: 0 – 1 year
Location: Sec 48, Gurugram
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through a variety of channels, including internet research, social media, and networking events.
- Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference.
- Survey potential clients or markets to gather information.
- Understanding client needs and providing pre-sales support.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Develop effective lead generation strategies in collaboration with sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Any other task assigned.
Personal Attributes and Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency at the C2 level in German or any other European language will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Prior experience in Sales or relevant role would be preferred.
- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Intern – Pre-Sales

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate lead opportunities using secondary research.
- Extract data from different sources to create database for the sales department.
- Maintain spreadsheet with data captured.
Personal Attributes and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- Desire to work with new and innovative technology.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel and Word.
- Must be a self-starter and thrive on accepting responsibility and challenges.
